The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 56 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine" (re Order of sending the Copy of a Court Claim)

The Law streamlines the applicable order of providing the litigants with the copies of a court claim and the documents attached.

Part one of Clause 56 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine is supplemented with a provision, whereby "Filing the claim, the claimant, the prosecutor or the deputy prosecutor shall send the copies of the court claim and the documents attached to the litigants according to the number of defendants, and to the third parties with the note of contents."

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 4546.
